| On Saturday, December 14, an unexpected fire occurred at West River Conveyor’s manufacturing facility. While the damage is still being assessed, we are relieved and grateful to report that no one was hurt. Challenges like these test us, but they also reveal our ability to adapt and overcome. Our team has already taken decisive steps to keep operations on track: Parts Inventory: Unaffected and fully available – we’re ready to fulfill any parts requests immediately. New Orders: We are fully capable of taking on new orders. Temporary production is being set up in another on-site building to minimize disruptions. Commitment to Timelines: We remain focused on meeting shipping and delivery dates. If adjustments become necessary, we’ll communicate promptly and transparently. West River Conveyors has always been defined by resilience, and this will be no exception.
